    Custom Products:
    Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom apparel, signs, embroidery, etc.), we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Send a photo and description to info@aimediaservices.com, and we will gladly reprint or replace the affected item(s) at no cost to you.

    Non-Custom Products:
    Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
