Local Pickup/Delivery:
We offer local pickup and delivery in select areas of Los Angeles, CA and Southwest Florida. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
AI Media Services is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly. We’ll help as best we can to investigate or file a claim.
